About Us Minimize
The Alliance Theatre provides year round theatre for our patrons.  Our reputation for excellence has been steadily growing. For our Summer Stars musicals we have upwards of 100 volunteers involved. Cast & crew return to us because they like being part of a group that expects their best work. Audiences come back again & again to see quality material & excellent performances. We do this because its fun and we love it! Join us!

Welcome to The Alliance Theatre!

The Alliance Theatre is dedicated to the production of excellent family based community theatre located conveniently in western Fairfax County. Be sure to check out our current productions, past performances and upcoming productions! Whether you LOVE going to the theatre, want to shine on stage or want to get involved back stage, the Alliance Theatre has a place for you!

Our performances feature "families". It is the only theatre in the area that allows parents, grandparents and children to work creatively together on a professional production! Come see what we have to offer.

The Alliance Theatre is a non-profit corporation operating under 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Alliance Theatre was established on November 15, 2000, is a non-profit Virginia corporation, is a member of the Arts Council of Fairfax County, WATCH and is a member of NVTA, Northern Virginia Theatre Alliance.

We often have whole families participating in our musical.

Mission Statement Minimize

The Alliance Theatre (TAT) is truly a theatre of the community. TAT believes in producing theatre of the highest standards to enrich the lives of citizens. Cultural experiences draw citizens into meaningful social and educational events which create community cohesiveness. Special emphasis is placed on programs for young people. Participation in the arts creates lifelong cultural traditions. Theatre’s positive communication builds strong personal and group relationships.

TAT is dedicated to encouraging and sponsoring the artistic growth of its own members and that of other cultural organizations.

TAT believes that while the structural development that is taking place in western Fairfax defines the shape of the landscape, the development of the arts defines the character of the people.
